Delivery Charges

All deliveries to mainland UK are free of charge. Deliveries outside of mainland UK are subject to additional costs so please contact us for a quote before placing an order. These non-standard areas include Highlands, Islands and Offshore.

Your delivery

Your order will be delivered to your door within 2 working days of dispatch. On the morning of your scheduled delivery day, you will get a text and email detailing a 2-hour window, so you know when your order is due to arrive. If you are not in, a card will be left, and we will look to reschedule.

Please note packaging will not be taken away by the carrier.

One delivery

By default, we will group all items on your order for a single delivery, so all items arrive on the same day. This will be set on the longest lead time. 

Professional home delivery & installation

Assembling furniture is not for everyone, so for certain products we can come to your home and build it for you - contact us for a quote.

Once booked, our scheduling team will be in touch a couple of days before your delivery is due to ask a few questions about parking and access. They will also confirm the delivery date and time slot.

On arrival, our installation team will then deliver and install your products in the room of your choice. They can only deliver above the ground floor if there's access to a lift, or there is enough safe stair space and the item weighs less than 75kg. They will not be able to deliver above the third floor unless there is a lift.

Please note it is your responsibility to check that the item(s) will fit through doors, staircases and lifts in its packaging before you place your order.

All packaging will be removed by our installation team.
